At Mission City Tours, we plan group trips the way they deserve to be planned — with purpose. Whether it's a school group heading out on an educational tour, a church team traveling for mission work, or an adult group setting out on a custom journey, we handle every detail of the trip so your group can focus on why you're going, not the logistics of getting there. From transportation and lodging to full itinerary coordination, our team manages your trip start to finish, backed by real experience planning domestic and international group travel. Based in Little River, South Carolina, we work with schools, churches, and organizations to build trips around your group's goals, budget, and timeline.

Kevin Cabe
Owner & National Accounts

Kevin is the founder of Mission City Tour and has spent more than a decade helping churches, families, schools, and groups experience meaningful travel across the United States and beyond.

With a passion for people, travel, and creating unforgettable experiences, Kevin believes that a great trip is about more than simply getting from one destination to another. It’s about the people you meet, the places you experience, the stories you bring home, and the memories you create along the way.

Through Mission City Tour, Kevin brings together his experience in group travel, trip planning, and hospitality to make group travel easier, more enjoyable, and more meaningful. From motor coach tours and family adventures to church and mission-related travel, his goal is to take care of the details so travelers can focus on enjoying the journey.

Kevin is also the owner of Mission City Travel and Blue Ocean Design, giving him a unique perspective on both the travel industry and the business of serving people well.

When he isn't working on the next great adventure, Kevin enjoys traveling with his wife and children and discovering new places together.

Melinda Strickland,
Director of Sales & Business Development 

Melinda Strickland brings more than 22 years of experience in the travel industry, specializing in student and adult group travel throughout the United States and around the world. A former educator, Melinda combines her passion for learning, people, and travel to create meaningful experiences for every group she serves.

Her mantra, “Travel changes your world,” reflects her belief that travel opens hearts and minds, creates lasting memories, and connects us with people and places in unforgettable ways.  Having always lived in Texas small towns, the opportunity to move so many small town students around the nation has been the biggest reward.

Family is at the heart of Melinda’s life. She is wife to George, retired band director and former Assistant Director of UIL State Music Activities; mom to Jeremy, Director of Bands at Tyler Junior College; and Nana to three awesome grandchildren.
